Application for Setting Up a Debating Club in School

Dear student friends, we have appeared among you today debating club application, application debating club. 

We have noticed that many of you are searching but not getting the right rules of writing application for debating club, setting up a debating club application.

So I will present it to you today application for setting up a debating club, formal letter debating club.

Write an application to the Principal for constituting a Debating Club in your college.

Imagine, there is no Debating Club in your college. an application for setting up a debating club, debating club formal letter, debating club application for class 9. But debating is essential for developing logical thought-process and perspicuous expression. So you need a debating club at your college. If you arrange inter-class 'debate' or inter-college 'debate' under the auspices of the contemplated Debating Club, you will be greatly benefited.

We, the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that we have been suffering greatly for want of a debating club in this college. After continuous class-hours, we feel bored. At present, we pass our time only by gossiping. A debating club is very necessary for us in which we may have training in debating under the guidance of our teachers. At the same time, we could have arranged the competition now and then.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would please to arrange a debating club in our college very soon.

Suppose, you are the students of Agrabad Mohila College, Chittagong. Your college is furnished with many modern facilities but it has got no debating club. So, write an application to the Principal of your college asking him/her to grant permission for setting up a debating club in your college.

Or, Write an application to the Principal of your college requesting him/her for permission to set up an 'English Debating Club' at your college.
Or, Write an application to the Principal of
Bluebird College asking permission for setting up a debating club.
Or, Write an application to the principal of your college for the establishment of a debating club.

We, the students of your college, would request you to kindly establish an English Debating Club/Debating Club in our college and nominate a teacher as a guide.
